Reasons to Bake and Why

My topic is baking yummy treats and desserts for the family during the holidays, such as, gooey pumpkin butter cake, peppermint browines, or white chocolate covered pretzels sprinkled with peppermint bark. I chose this topic because I love to bake with my mom, especially during the holidays to give as gifts or to just enjoy in my family. I know how to make many different goodies, and am always trying to challenge myself with new recipes and trying different things. I hope to achieve how to make more desserts and share recipes so people can experience it with their own families. It is a great bonding experience and is all around fun for anyone.
